...for some sort of nervous breakdown.
Perhaps too much caffeine, but I'm nervous, have heart palpitations, am crying at the drop of a hat, and am emotional beyond belief. And I do not have PMS.
Right now the trauma has subsided to a headache and my body is shaking.
Weird. I certainly hope this passes soon enough.
PS Just to clarify - I'm not upset right now. I'm disturbed by my body's strange state of panic, but otherwise I feel fine.
I hope it passes quickly. Heart palpitations can't be good.
ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not, in that state I managed to fall asleep right away, and today I feel much better.
ReplyDeleteHmm...you might want to have your thyroid checked. xoxo
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling a bit better. Hopefully the trend will continue.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you had low blood sugar. That can do weird things to you, you know...
ReplyDeleteCoffee dog has a point. I've recently known of someone who's moods were all to wonk as a result of thyroid problems. I do hope it was an isolated incident and not the start of a speight or worse still a trend.
ReplyDeleteOh dear. Well, I'm hoping it's just stress.
ReplyDeleteMaybe its just penis absentitis
ReplyDeleteI get random, mild, panic attacks on occasion. I have no idea where they come from. I have no idea what causes them. But they freak me out a little none-the-less.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it was a mild panic attack. Or a tumor.
I hope its the former.
Greg: No.
ReplyDeleteStewie: Dude, was that meant to be reassuring? lol - it kind of started out that way.
To all: I've gone running two nights in a row. It's helped. Hence, I think I was stressed out.
Take valium. Always works for me.
ReplyDeleteDantallion: Can you email me about that? I may well ask my doc for some. The only time I took valium was when I got my wisdom teeth out and I was in bliss, but I'm worried about dosage, dependency, etc.
