Next week's agenda

  1. Find new apartment
  2. Discard of more and more clutter from current apartment
  3. Mani/pedi. Hair cut. Bikini wax. Eyelashes dyed. Eyebrows threaded. Upper lip threaded.
  4. Treat myself to a massage/body scrub/steam room
  5. Hire a cleaning woman
  6. Buy jeans

This week is all about the external. Next week I'll get back to the healthy living part.

    I got the eyebrows waxed last week. She did a crummy job of it too. One eyebrow is shorter now than the other. I don't even deal with the bikini wax anymore; nobody but the dog ever sees that area. Although, it does appear that tarantulas are crawling out of my underwear at this point.

    Hey, I might be getting those shoes tomorrow!

    Moving? Oh gosh hon, sorry about that. There's just no other word for moving than "sucks".

    All I want for summer is three weeks in Europe. And I'm getting it.

    I'm excited about the move though. I just don't know if I'll find a place in time.

    Laverne: Oooh! I'm excited about the shoes! I hope you love them if you do go and get them. As for the eyebrows, that really sucks.

    Torn: I hate the process of moving, but I love moving. I'm looking forward to having a better space.

    Isn't dying your eyelashes dangerous business? And the bikini wax... wish I was that brave to have someone else do it. I've tried myself 2 or 3 times with disatrous results.

    CD: We should all post our fave shoes

    FM: It took me ages to work up to the full wax with my esthetician, but I love it. I can wax most of my bikini area in my sleep though. It gets easier the more you do it. As for eyelash waxing, I hate the process, but love the results. I think it's only dangerous if you try to do it yourself.

    Moving is awesome. It feels like a clean slate, without the hassle of getting a new job and new friends.
